FCC: Cost is the Biggest Barrier to Broadband Adoption in the US

FCC has a report on broadband adoption in the US, based on a survey of 5,005 Americans in October and November 2009. The report found that 78 percent of adults are Internet users, and 65 percent of adults are broadband adopters. It then divides users who haven’t got broadband into four groups.
