Twunlog is actually created and managed by someone I know, Yancy Lent , so it was interesting to see the development efforts. He started with a clean UI and oAuth integration to get you moving. From there the homepage has a listing of the current public running activity. It shows over 9100 runners covering an already amazing 108k miles. Adding your own was quite simple: 1. Tweet a run (@ Twitter ) ex. “Just ran 3.4 miles” or “Back from a 4.45 mile run”. In the current timeline you see the avatar of the person and the amount of miles (and ghosted below the kilometers) the person ran and the tweet that was picked up. …
