The notice for Mermaid Eco Resort ucched was not signed in April but on the Thursday 22nd of July, 2010. The report stated that the resort would be demolished on Sunday 25th of July, 2010 and was sent to us on Saturday 24th of July, 2010. This was pre planned as with the advantage to the shortage of time they didn't even accept our demarkation petition. 3. Once the whole gang of ucched party ( 8 trucks carrying approx. 250 people, 1 bulldozer and another fleet of vehicles) arrived without the responsible people trying to communicate with the resort management and even before marking the govt. area the people started breaking things. And we ourselves had a chance to take out some of the things stuffed inside the TNO's car before being chased away. 4. Thanks to Ramu AL candidate Sorowar Komol who was trying his best to stop the corrupted politician from destroying the generator that is being used by both the resort and the local people to power up the village.   Be the change you wish to see in the world. Don't just moan about traffic wardens giving you multiple fines. Cut them out of your life altogether. De-registering your car means you are taking legal ownership of the vehicle. As long as your car is registered with someone else, that person is the legal owner of said vehicle. The DVLA being a corporation, also has the legal status of a person. We as human beings can not, under law, be forced to enter into any contract, therefore the suggestion that we MUST enter into a contract with the DVLA is false.
