George Sodini’s Chilling Blog Foretold Health Club Shootings

August 5th, 2009 admin

As you may have seen elsewhere, a shooting last night at a Pittsburgh, PA fitness center killed three people and injured ten. Another chilling aspect of the story, however, is the Internet presence that the suspected shooter, George Sodini, left behind. A blog entry posted to his personal site a day before the shooting, in hindsight, predicted exactly what would happen, though its vague wording makes it difficult to imagine a scenario in which law enforcement would’ve been able to intervene before it was too late.
